The house is divided into three levels:

Ground floor – entrance with dining room and kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Induction hob.

First floor – bedroom with French bed + living room with double sofa bed with supercomfort memory foam mattress and SmartTV lcd 40″ led, bathroom with large shower head.

Second floor – double room equipped with SmartTV lcd 40″ led with panoramic views and large private terrace equipped with table, chairs and large umbrella.

Available free of charge, on request, baby cot and high chair.

Wifi internet connection is available throughout the house.

NEW: Each room has the latest generation 40″ Smart TV with satellite international channels and access to Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify and many other content broadcasting services.

The production of domestic and heating hot water is guaranteed by a mixed solar/pellet system that makes this dwelling ‘eco friendly’.

Comfort and Wellness

All rooms have been equipped with air conditioning with state-of-the-art equipment that combines energy saving and health. In fact, the air conditioners we installed, in addition to refreshing the air, purify it thoroughly. The innovative filter they are equipped with is ideal for reducing viruses, bacteria and allergens in the air. All of this helps to create a healthy and comfortable atmosphere.

The sheets and bath sponges are handcrafted and strictly Made in Italy. The bath-shower soap we supply is of 100% natural and biodegradable origin. All room hygiene and cleaning products, including environmental perfumers, are of natural origin.

Guests have access to the new and beautiful 12×6 infinity pool and its relevant areas equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, chairs and tables. Always by the pool you can try the new wellness area with relaxation area, hammam with aromatherapy and emotional shower.

The entire structure has been recently renovated and despite having preserved the typical architectural characteristics of the Ligurian villages, technological systems dedicated to energy saving and comfort have been implemented. Hot water production is guaranteed by a modern and efficient solar panel system and the lighting is largely provided by ultra-low-power led lights.

The electricity used in our facility is self-produced by our photovoltaic systems; the energy purchased if necessary is certified “green” with zero CO2 emissions (by E-ON power supplier). 

Free unguarded private parking for guests and storage for bicycles. From 2023 we also have a new private car park inside the property from which you can access the accommodation in an instant.
Our house is located just a few minutes from the Garlenda Golf Club and the tennis club.
Despite being in an extremely quiet area surrounded by nature, there are many restaurants and trattorias of every level just a short distance away from where you can have lunch and dinner.
In 10 minutes by car it is then possible to reach Alassio with its splendid beach and the most beautiful trendy shops on the Riviera.
We will be happy to help you make your stay pleasant by indicating the many possible activities in the area.
